HOW DO CAMPAIGNS WORK?

Campaigns are live for 28 days, and fans can purchase items on a pre-order basis during that time. If the pre-order minimum threshold is reached then the product goes into production based upon the amount ordered. If the minimum threshold is not reached then all orders are refunded to fans.

 

HOW LONG UNTIL ORDERS ARE DELIVERED?

Orders can take 3-4 months until delivery. We share approximate delivery dates during the campaign.

Delivery times are based on two factors:

Manufacturing time: 3-4 months

Shipping Time: 1 - 2 weeks (shipped after receipt at the warehouse)

 

WHERE ARE PRODUCTS MADE?

Product design is done in the United States and we have a variety of production partners that we work with in the United States, China, and Hong Kong.

Ethical Sourcing: We only work with partners who have proven their commitment to ethical sourcing and labor standards

 

WHAT MATERIALS ARE PRODUCTS MADE OF?

Plush: Plush products are mainly made using a soft velour/velboa plush material and stuffed with a hypo-allergenic polyester material. Another option is to use beans (100% propathene) as the stuffing filling. We will recommend the best options available to create the desired design.

Figurines: Vinyl or Resin

 

WHAT'S THE DESIGN PROCESS?

Our team will help design the finished prototype for the campaign. We also handle all inventory storage, order fulfillment, delivery, and customer service.

Concept: Our artists collaborate with the brand owner to develop the best product design. If you already have a design concept for a collectible or otherwise (and you know you probably do!) you can share it with our team to review as well. A few rounds of revisions are made until the brand owner approves.

Sample: A physical sample is then developed for review and approval. 

Launch: Once the sample is approved, we share it with you and get ready for the next phase...the campaign launch!
